Enchanting Belhurst Castle Wedding

Belhurst Castle in Geneva, NY is such a stunning venue. I mean it has beautiful architecture (it.is.a.castle!), sprawling grounds, and stunning views of Seneca Lake, it’s no wonder why so many couples choose to tie the knot here. It’s also the perfect venue if you want to get all of your fitbit steps in!

A Magical Belhurst Castle Wedding.

After meeting Katie and Nate at their engagement session earlier in the summer, I knew there wedding was going to be magical, and it did not disappoint!

The wedding day started with the girls getting ready at both the castle salon and in one of the beautiful suites that the castle offers. Meanwhile the boys were back in Syracuse getting ready and hanging out. After a quick portrait session with the girls out on the sprawling grounds, we hopped on our limo bus, turned on the tunes and headed to Syracuse for a sentimental ceremony at St. Patrick’s Church.

After the I do’s and a few church photos, we headed back to Geneva. We took advantage of the all the Belhurst Castle has to offer for photo locations, water, castle, inside, outside. You name it and I think we got it!

Belhurst Castle – A Seneca Lake Wedding Venue

Belhurst Castle was built in the late 1800s and sits on the shore of Seneca Lake. As you can see it offers a picturesque backdrop for any event. Inside, the castle is equally impressive, featuring elegant rooms, beautiful furnishings, and charming décor. With a variety of event spaces to choose from, including indoor and outdoor options, Belhurst Castle can accommodate weddings of all sizes and styles. It is a photographers dream come true!

Party Time

After all the photos, we headed inside to the ballroom, where tearful toasts led to an epic dance party. I even convinced Nate and Katie to sneak out for a few more photos! I always love it when couples are up for sunset or dusky photos.

At the end of the day I know Katie and Nate had their fairytale wedding that they dreamed of!
