I met up with Laurel and Sam at their house in Ithaca so we could start the session with some photos that included their pupper, Leon! We took Leon for a stroll around the neighborhood and down a lovely little tree covered path. After snapping a few photos with him, we dropped Leon off and headed over to Stewart Park.

It was one of those evenings where you are just in awe of nature. The willow trees were glowing in the golden fall light, leaves were changing colors, the lake was smooth and calm. I was in photographer heaven.

Laurel Sam and I wandered up and down Stewart park, taking advantage of all of the little areas it has to offer. Not only was the location a dream come true, these two were naturals in front of the camera!

It was such a wonderful evening and it was nice to be back in Ithaca for some photos, because it had been awhile! I’m usually over that way multiple times during a wedding season, but this year, well not so much.

I am so so excited to capture Laurel and Sam’s wedding next year!!
