It was a beautiful drive out to this Major’s Inn wedding in Gilbertsville, NY. Gilbertsville is a tiny little town out near Cooperstown, NY. I had not been to this venue before, but when I arrived I was excited to find a gorgeous inn with a lush green property!

My time with Besim and Sarah started with an emotional first look on the staircases of the Inn. Shortly after, they held their sweet ceremony that concluded with their guests vigorously throwing dried flowers on them as they made their way back down the aisle.

 There was no shortage of areas to take photos at the Major’s Inn. We explored the property and wandered across the tiny town for our portrait session.

Sarah and Besim had a fun and unique reception for their wedding day. Instead of the traditional wedding reception, they did a wine tasting and various rounds of DELICIOUS food. Guests mingled, played yard games, and enjoyed the beautiful summer day.  

I always love exploring new places and doing so while getting to take photos is such a joy. I loved my time spent with Sarah and Besim as they celebrated their marriage with their family and friends.
